Squid and Squill Fair

Two weekends, May 23,24 and 30,31, including good food, folklore, hiking, markets and shows in Porto Garibaldi.

An exciting event to celebrate the seafaring spirit of Porto Garibaldi and the opening of bathing season, between the flavors and traditions of the ancient Magnavacca, the country original name.

There will be events involving music, fun games for children, excursions by boat and by bike discovering the lagoon area, markets and of course a lot of good local cuisine.

A food stand will be opened for lunch and dinner, in front of the fish market of the harbor canal, which will offer the territory culinary specialties: mussel soup with squid steamed, sedanini with shrimp, 'Magnavacante', guazzetto with cuttlefish, peas and polenta and much more!
The novelty of this edition will be the squid and shrimp au gratin without forgetting fried fish of the Adriatic and the Valleys of Comacchio.
